If your Front load Washers Control is Locked try the following The processes below will get most controls unlocked. Duet Washer - Press and hold the END OF CYCLE SIGNAL button for 15 seconds. Whirlpool Duet Dryer - Press and hold the END OF CYCLE SIGNAL button for 15 seconds. Kenmore Elite Washer - Press and hold the DRAIN/SPIN button for 15 seconds. Some Models- Press and hold the control lock button for 15 seconds. If none of these work try unplugging for 5 minutes
